Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Next Day Delivery: We offer free next day delivery on all orders over £150. Free delivery will be automatically applied at checkout once the order total meets this requirement. This service is provided via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically delivers the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery Fees for Orders Below £150: Orders below £150 are subject to a delivery fee of £7.95. This fee will be applied at checkout.
Tracked Shipping: All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, offering full tracking details so you can monitor your order’s progress. While this service is designed for next day delivery, we cannot guarantee next working day arrival due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Exclusions: Delivery timeframes may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or extreme weather conditions, which are outside of our control.
