DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

We use a fully tracked service using one of our approved couriers for all orders placed in the UK. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

All orders being shipped to Europe will be sent from our European Warehouse. This will allow fast and efficient deliveries with no Brexit issues and delays from the UK. 

For all orders placed we use a fully tracked service using one of our approved couriers. If you are based outside of Europe and your desired country is not listed in our shipping table, then please contact us for a quote. 

ZONE 1 

Countries - Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain. 

ZONE 2

Countries - Belgium, Cezch Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Sweden, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. 

ZONE 3

Countries - Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ireland and Malta.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

Please note the following:

• The order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

• All items are available from stock in the U.K. or Europe depending on your delivery address.

• Deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card.

• You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

• All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
