Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

To request a return, email sales@usbarberproducts.co.uk. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Faulty items will receive a returns label; all other returns should be sent via tracked delivery.

Damages & Exchanges

Please check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To exchange, simply return the item and place a new order. Refunds are processed once returns are received and inspected.
